The girls' 6 month developemental report

The girls had their appointment at Magee a few weeks ago. This weekend, we received a full report from the appt. Here's the basic synopsis...

Emma:
25th percentile for length (for her chronological age, not adjusted)
10th for weight
Functioning at a 4.5 month level cognitively and in language. This is their adjusted age (adjusted due to being almost 2.5 months early), so they are right on target. Fine motor skills at 7 months and gross motor function at 5 months.

Madelyn:
25th for length
50th for weight
Functioning at a 4.5 month level cognitively and in language. This is their adjusted age, so they are right on target. Fine motor skills at 6 months and gross motor function at 4 months. Madelyn's trunk tone is high, as well as her arms, hands and ankles. Our developmentalist and occupational therapist that see the girls weekly think this is just an overly cautious point of view, but we will have a physical therapist evaluate her just to be sure.
